2018 Public Policy Day
Public Policy Day 2018 is on March 8, 2018. We anticipate over 150 non-public school administrators from across the state to join us for a day of interaction with policy makers in Lansing. We are planning a morning of legislative meetings where participants will be able to inform their legislators on the latest information on educational policy issues impacting faith-based schools. The afternoon will be spent hearing from a variety of speakers.
Join your colleagues from across the state interacting with policy makers in Lansing and getting the latest information on educational policy issues impacting faith-based schools.
We will begin the day with legislative visits. Building on last year’s highly successful trip to the Capitol, participants will go in groups to visit key legislators and their staffs advocating for policies favorable to non-public schools and sharing the value of a faith-based education. You will return to the Radisson for a “debriefing” session and a delicious lunch.
The afternoon will feature critical discussions on policy issues facing schools today.
